How do I send a plumbing request?
Use the request form at the top of our homepage. Your name and email are required. A phone number and a description of the problem are optional, but the description helps a great deal.
What should I write in the message box?
Name the room and fixture, say what you see, hear, or smell, and note when it started. Short and specific beats long and general. Our blog has a guide on describing plumbing problems clearly.
Which areas do you serve?
West Palm Beach, Riviera Beach, Palm Springs, Lake Worth Beach, Lake Worth Corridor, and Greenacres City, all in Florida. The Service Areas page has a map and more detail.
What services do you offer?
Plumbing repair, drain cleaning, leak detection, water heater installation and repair, sewer line repair, toilet repair, faucet repair, plumbing fixture installation, garbage disposal repair, and water filtration installation.
Where is my main water shutoff?
In many South Florida homes it is near the water meter by the street, or where the main line enters the house, often in the garage or along an outside wall. Finding it before an emergency is one of the most useful things you can do.
Is a slow drain worth reporting?
Yes, especially if more than one drain is slow or a fixture gurgles when another one runs. Those patterns can point to a branch or main line issue rather than a simple clog.
My water heater is leaking. What should I do first?
Turn off power or gas to the heater, close the cold water valve above it if you can reach it safely, and keep the area clear. Then send a request describing where the water is coming from.
Can I include photos with my request?
The form accepts text only. Describing what a photo would show, such as the location and size of a stain, works well, and photos can be shared later if needed.
Do you use my information for marketing?
Request details are used to respond to your plumbing request. Our Privacy Policy explains how form data is stored and forwarded.
Should I try a chemical drain cleaner first?
Chemical cleaners can harm older pipes and make the job riskier for anyone working on the drain afterward. A plunger or simple hand snake is a gentler first step.
